Our App connects with systems operated and maintained by healthcare institutions that use our software. Personal data collected in an Electronic Health Record is not received directly from you or your device, but to use our App, you must have an account with a healthcare institution who uses our software. Your use of our App with that healthcare institution may be subject to that healthcare institution's policies and terms.
WellSheet collects and uses data collected from Users:

WellSheet retains data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. This means that we retain different categories of data for different periods of time depending on the category of user to whom the data relates, the type of data, and the purposes for which we collected the data.
Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time by contacting us at privacy@wellsheet.com. However, we may retain data after a deletion request due to legal or regulatory requirements or for the reasons stated in this policy.
WellSheet is committed to the security and integrity and confidentiality of your information. We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification. We regularly review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. However, unfortunately no method of storage on or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
Our App may need access to certain features on your device, such as Wi-Fi network status. This information is used to allow the App to run on your device and to allow you to interact with the App. At any time, you can revoke your permissions by turning these off at the device level, or by contacting us at privacy@wellsheet.com.
When you use the App, you can adjust the settings on your device to control how we access some of your personal information, including by logging in and out of your account, or by choosing to accept push notification. You can also adjust your communication preferences by using the unsubscribe link in any emails we send to you, or by contacting us at privacy@wellsheet.com.
WellSheet is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, other than personal data that may be contained in an Electronic Health Record. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 has given us personal information, please contact us at privacy@wellsheet.com.
When you use our App, we may use cookies and related technologies to collect and store information about your access and use of the App. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the App. We may also set cookies or similar identifiers for authentication and security to confirm whether you log in securely. These technologies will also help us improve our App and increase the speed of login and response. When you agree to it, we may also use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics purposes, to track and analyze use of the App.
We do not permit third parties to track App users to promote third parties’ products or services. The App does not respond to browser-based Do-Not-Track signals. You may adjust the settings on your mobile device to limit what information is tracked through your use of the App. Please note that disabling certain tracking may impact your ability to use certain App functionality.
